Hi, I’m Charli, founder of This Is Who We Are and a hairdresser specialising in colour, highlights, balayage and creative transformations.
I’m all about creating hair that feels like you, whether that’s a subtle refresh or a complete change.

I wanted to create a space that feels welcoming to everyone, with an inclusive, no-judgement and anxious-girl-friendly approach. So if hair appointments aren’t usually your favourite thing, hopefully you’ll feel a little more at ease here.
